1. Please complete the Booking Enquiry Form to indicate the dates and number of people in your group.

2. Once we have received this form, we shall telephone or email you to confirm availability and to discuss further any queries you may have. If you are happy with the arrangements, a provisional booking can be made, which will be held for seven days pending receipt of your deposit. For fully catered holidays in winter the booking will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 150€ per person. A pro forma €uro invoice will be posted, faxed or emailed, confirming the cost of your visit to the chalet. An invoice for the balance will be sent in time for payment to be made no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

3. For advance B&B/Demi-pension bookings outside the ski season, a minumum deposit of one night's tariff will confirm.

4. For all self catered bookings (complete weeks only) a minimum deposit of 25% of the rental will confirm.

5. Payments may be made by Credit Card, Charge-free €uro Bank Transfer or Eurocheque payable to Caroline J Morgan.
