1 Please complete the Booking Enquiry Form to indicate the details
of the dates, number of people in your group.
2 Once we have received this form, we will telephone or email you to confirm availability and to discuss further any queries you may have. If you are happy with the arrangements, a provisional booking can be made, which will be held for seven days pending receipt of your deposit. For fully catered holidays the booking will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of £GBP100 or 150€ per person. Cheques should be made payable to Caroline J Morgan. A pro forma €uro invoice will be posted, faxed or emailed, confirming the cost of your visit to the chalet. The balance of this invoice must be paid by cheque or credit card no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
3 Confirmation of bed and breakfast bookings (available only outside
the skiing season) will be made on receipt of a cheque or credit card
details.
CONDITIONS
1 In the event of cancellation more than 28 days before the start
of the holiday, we reserve the right to retain the deposit. Within
28 days, we reserve the right to retain the full cost of the holiday,
if the accommodation cannot be re-let.
For your own protection, in case you have to cancel your booking for
any reason, you are strongly advised to ensure that your travel policy
includes cancellation insurance.
2 It is the client's responsibility to have full holiday / winter
sports insurance before beginning the holiday. Any winter sports or
other high risk activities undertaken by the client are at the client's
own risk.
You may wish to consider taking out insurance through the Ski lift company or the French ski school.
Alternatively, Carte Neige is widely used, please advise us if you would like details
3 Rooms will generally be available from 1600 on the day of arrival.
Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 1000 on the morning of departure.
4 In winter, the Chef's night off is a Wednesday. Breakfast and afternoon
tea will be laid out for you to help yourself. This will be an opportunity
for you to sample a local restaurant for dinner that evening.
