OWNER - Caroline Morgan

Chalet Marie Stuart is privately owned and managed by Caroline Morgan, who spent three years at college obtaining a Higher National Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts, qualifying as a chef in 1997. She has worked in a number of hotels in Scotland, and successfully managed quality ski chalets in France and Austria for other companies. She spent a short period training in Lyon, France, and was lucky enough to work alongside a Master Chef in the west of Scotland.

Caroline's professional experience in the Tourism industry, together with her knowledge and love of the Haute Savoie area of France will enable her to provide you with a wonderful holiday. She absolutely loves this vocation, and hopes to entice you into staying a week or two, doing as much or as little as you like. Food and drink will be sumptuous and abundant, and she hopes to make you feel as relaxed and comfortable as you are in your own home.
