Samoens Area

Samoëns is a very attractive village, situated in the Giffre Valley of Haute Savoie. It is the only ski resort in France to be listed as 'Monument Historique' and retains the qualities of a real French village. It is situated in beautiful countryside and much has been done to make it an attractive holiday place without destroying its very important historical and cultural features. The village has the advantage over some other resorts of being truly French in nature rather than a complex of buildings built only to provide for winter sports. Here, you can experience the real France, as well as enjoying a winter sports or summer holiday
